Hello beautiful ones, I have booked in a sound bath for January which will most likely be my very last one before we make the move to Somerset 🩷

Very mixed emotions as I am going to miss the community that we have built here and all of my clients. Thank you so much for all of your support of over the past two years 🥰

As the veil thins at Samhain, we gather in sacred circle to honour those who walked before us 💫

Together, within the protection of the Medicine Wheel, we will journey to the West — the realm of the ancestors, the setting sun, the great mystery✨

The Evening Includes:

🍂 Opening ceremony to create our ancestral altar - each person is invited to place an item or offering for their lineage.
🍂 Gentle breathwork and guided meditation to ground and open the heart.
🍂 A shamanic drum journey to the West, where we meet and receive wisdom from our ancestors.

The strength and courage they both had, to fully trust in the Spirit of Cacao to open up their hearts, connect and release with reverence, was so beautiful to behold ✨

Within the protection of the medicine wheel, and joined by the directions, elements and allies, it was a beautiful weaving of sound, Sekhem, meditation, breathwork and the drum… oh the drum! 💫🥰
