Last week, we had an amazing time hosting our Mentorship Training! 🎉 Our senior staff is now armed with the essential tools and skills to guide our new starters in their journey. 🙌

At our core, we believe in leading with Integrity, Passion, Learning, Fun, and keeping it Human! 💖 This training focused on enhancing communication skills and streamlining our shadowing process, ensuring a positive and supportive environment for everyone.
