Did you know there are now more than 4 million people in England alone caring for a parent or grandparent? This article tells just one of 4 million stories.

And as we live longer and retirement age increases, that’s a number set to rise, fast. Carers UK reports that unpaid carers in England and Wales provided care worth £183 billion in 2021-22 – £64.9 billion more than in 2011.

This growing demand for care deserves more attention – not just this week, but all year round. Because with more awareness comes understanding, and with more understanding, crucially comes more support for caregivers.

Last week, we had an amazing time hosting our Mentorship Training! 🎉 Our senior staff is now armed with the essential tools and skills to guide our new starters in their journey. 🙌

At our core, we believe in leading with Integrity, Passion, Learning, Fun, and keeping it Human! 💖 This training focused on enhancing communication skills and streamlining our shadowing process, ensuring a positive and supportive environment for everyone.
