If you are feeling overwhelmed over the Christmas period, Vicky has recorded a short yoga session for you to practice in your own time over the festive break🧘.

This offers the chance to stimulate the lymphatic system and release tension, hopefully leaving you feeling calmer and empowered.

All you will need is a mat or a comfortable surface to lay on. Find a space and take a moment for yourself. https://youtu.pulse.ly/y5ugoa1545
