🌟 Stress is not always the enemy. Sometimes it is a messenger 💌 and sometimes it is a motivator ⚡.
We are often told that stress is harmful and that we should avoid it completely. The truth is, stress plays different roles.
💌 As a messenger, stress is your body and mind’s way of saying that something needs to change. It might be telling you to slow down, to rest, or to put stronger boundaries in place.
⚡ As a motivator, stress can give you the push you need. A short burst of stress can help you focus, energise you, and encourage you to take action. Think about the way a deadline helps you complete a task, or how a little nervous energy can make you perform well in a presentation.
✨ The important part is recognising which role stress is playing in your life. Ask yourself: is my stress guiding me to make changes, or is it giving me the energy to move forward?
🌱 Stress is not always your enemy. When you begin to understand it, it can become a powerful ally.
