7 Health Habits for Weight Loss
💭 Always Think Positive - the hardest thing I’ve found about losing weight is changing my mindset to ‘I Can!’ has been crucial for me on days I’ve got on the scales and haven’t seen the losses I’ve wanted.
🍳 Don’t Skip - kick start the day with a meal that’s going to boost your metabolism and leave you feeing full through the morning.
💦 Drink water when you wake up - in fact drink water all the time. I really notice each week when I haven’t drink my 3ltrs of water a day. It helps to flush toxins, helps you feel alert and reduces .
🌓 Don’t eat to close to bed - it’s going to stay on your hips all night. You’re not active enough to shift it, it’ll digest really slowly amd disturb your sleep.
🍲 Make lunch your biggest meal - I like to restrict my carbs after the afternoon, eat my largest day around mid day and then have smaller meals in the afternoon to keep my ticking.
Move everyday - whatever it is, from walking more, taking the stairs, or afternoon delight, Move more and enjoy the weather.
💤 Prioritise good - I’m not very good at this as I’m a bit of a night owl but setting bedtime routines and boundaries is really important and it also makes sure I wake up more naturally refreshed ❤️
