7 Health Habits for Weight Loss

💭 Always Think Positive - the hardest thing I’ve found about losing weight is changing my mindset to ‘I Can!’ has been crucial for me on days I’ve got on the scales and haven’t seen the losses I’ve wanted.

🍳 Don’t Skip - kick start the day with a meal that’s going to boost your metabolism and leave you feeing full through the morning.

💦 Drink water when you wake up - in fact drink water all the time. I really notice each week when I haven’t drink my 3ltrs of water a day. It helps to flush toxins, helps you feel alert and reduces .

🌓 Don’t eat to close to bed - it’s going to stay on your hips all night. You’re not active enough to shift it, it’ll digest really slowly amd disturb your sleep.

🍲 Make lunch your biggest meal - I like to restrict my carbs after the afternoon, eat my largest day around mid day and then have smaller meals in the afternoon to keep my ticking.

Move everyday - whatever it is, from walking more, taking the stairs, or afternoon delight, Move more and enjoy the weather.

💤 Prioritise good - I’m not very good at this as I’m a bit of a night owl but setting bedtime routines and boundaries is really important and it also makes sure I wake up more naturally refreshed ❤️

3 stone lost in 10 weeks on Step 2 in 2013! Maintaining weight-loss ever since 💪

"I never expected to lose 3 stone so quickly, but after having my son and wanting to slim down for my wedding, it happened!

As a busy mum to a toddler, I loved the convenience of the products—they took all the guesswork out of my day. I packed my bag just like I would pack his changing bag 😂

Summer, sunshine and Berry & Banana Smoothie Bowls 🤩💖

✅ Suitable for Steps 3 and above
✅ Serves 1
✅ 217 kcal per serving

🥣 You'll need:
1 Mixed Berry Flavour Yoghurt Drink
1 whole frozen banana (100g)
1 cup of frozen strawberries (100g)

✨ For toppings:
50g of fresh strawberries
Edible flowers (optional)

Method:
1️⃣ Take your chopped-up frozen strawberries, and chopped-up frozen banana and pop them into your food processor.
2️⃣ Measure out half of your Mixed Berry Flavour Yoghurt Drink
and add it to the food processor. Mix until all pieces are blended!
3️⃣ Scoop into a bowl and decorate with sliced fresh strawberries and edible flowers.
4️⃣ Grab a spoon and enjoy!

Having been a yo yo dieter all my life and tried many diets I would have never thought that losing weight could be easy and enjoyable especially as I am a vegetarian. Being on the 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan made it possible!

I know how hard it is to have a proper meal if you're commuting to work at least one hour each way. When you come home after work you only have couple hours to spend with your family and the last thing you want to do is go to the gym or calculate how many calories you can eat and prepare your meals. With the 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan, it was so easy and convenient! Every week I was losing weight and seeing progress.

I love eating good food, I always did. And as a vegetarian, I'm always looking for new flavours and checking for meat-free products that are tasty so I was a bit worried about the diet at the start wondering how the meal replacement products would be like. But that was completely unnecessary and I enjoyed a wide selection of products as there is so much choice.

The diet also made a huge difference to my health. I used to suffer from gastric reflux but not anymore! I am sure you'll understand how happy I am about this especially if you suffering from it too, it can be so very unpleasant.
