My Role at my home care is the deputy care manager, I have been in care for over 10 years and love every aspect of care. I love meeting new faces and building a team full of passionate and dedicated people to help and inspire others.

1. What is your role at My Homecare and what do you love the most about it?
I am the service operational manager. What I like about this team (family, as we like to say), is that we can express ourselves freely, There Is always someone to support us, and we all work well together as a team. All our team is passionate about providing excellent care for the service users we support.

2 What Do you love about your Job?
It’s that feeling that you managed to bring smiles to people's faces, supporting clients to achieve what is very important to them and their loved ones. Making a difference in people’s lives and supporting them to have a personalized type of care.

3: What inspired you to pursue a career in care?
I used to work as a Nurse, and then I started working in the UK, as a care worker. (now I have 11 years of experience in the UK) I have always been interested in the care industry and always want to learn and give more to my clients.
I really enjoy what I do, and I love being around people. I grew up in a family where caring and dedication were taught early to us.

4: What would you advise anyone considering a career in care?
If you have a caring and empathetic nature, highly responsible, driver with your own car and love to help others then please come and be part of our family, we will provide you with all the necessary training and support.
