🎶 Singing for the Brain with Shaun! 🎶

Today’s Singing for the Brain session was a truly uplifting one, led by our very own Shaun from the Activities & Wellbeing team. Shaun is a wonderfully talented musician, and he loves sharing his passion for music with our residents, and it really shows! 💛

With his guitar in hand and the lyrics displayed clearly on our large screen, everyone felt confident to join in. From familiar classics to toe‑tapping favourites, the room was full of smiles, singing and a lovely sense of togetherness. 🎤✨

Moments like these make such a difference to wellbeing, supporting memory, connection and joy through the power of music.

Earlier this week, our residents enjoyed a fantastic game of indoor tennis, complete with a makeshift net and colourful balloons taking the place of tennis balls! The laughter, the teamwork, and the friendly competition brought such a wonderful energy to the home. 💛

Fred has been busy in our activities room this week, working on some beautiful new paintings. His attention to detail and love of colour always brighten our day.
