I am on annual leave from the 31st of July and will be returning to work on the 8th of August.

August is starting to get booked up so please book in now to secure your space in August, especially now pre season has started with rugby so I am putting in extra work at the rugby club. I’m extra busy and not flexible at all anymore! 🙃

Happy new year to all my wonderful clients 🥳

Just a reminder that I go on maternity at the end of Jan… well that’s if she doesn’t come early 🫣
Appointments are limited due to slowing down in Jan. If you cannot make your appointment please give me plenty of notice so I can fill the spot rather than waste it as spaces are like gold dust at the moment. Also if you require an extra session please don’t be disheartened if spaces aren’t available as I can’t accommodate everyone at this moment in time.

I will be coming back to work on the 3rd of April but my hours/days will be changing and I will only be working a max 16 hours a week. This is due to only taking 2 months maternity and child care.

Appointments are now open for April but they are very limited so it’s a first come first served basis.

I will post my new hours end or Jan.
