‘’NORMA CARE LTD
Having worked with different care providers for over 2 years, Christmas saw us seeking additional help when a family members needs were not being met.
Within 12 hours of reaching out, Ali from Norma Care had been in touch to see if their company could support us.
Ali and Noriat came to meet the family, shared their portfolio, provided evidence of training, registration (with CQC), certificates and company insurance.
Working in healthcare myself, I was extremely impressed with Noriat and Ali and the new company that they are developing. Within 48hrs, of our cry for help, we had wake in night care for our loved one. I was then able to sleep being assured that all was well.
Our contract with Norma Care was only brief due to our loved one moving into residential care. They were friendly, sensitive and professional, flexible to meet our needs and immediately built up a rapport with our loved one.
As a fellow nurse I spent some time talking to Noriat about her developing the services that she plans for their company to provide. I am excited to see how Norma Care grows. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing support and wish we had found them sooner. (If I lived locally, I may even be tempted to ask them for a job!)
