Apollo24 Healthcare Services Ltd was set up with the aim to provide holistic domiciliary care and support at home care services for vulnerable adults living with dementia and physical disabilities, based in the Aylesbury and surrounding areas. We provide professional person-centred care tailored to meet the individual health care needs of our service users in the comfort of their own homes and com

munities where they feel familiar and safe. We provide the support where individuals need a little extra help to remain independent and want to live in their own homes. Our services are tailor designed to promote individual well-being, keep people safe, support people to do as much as they can for themselves and allow them to live as independently as possible. Our support will be vital in preventing our service users from going into bed-based services such as residential homes, hospitals, or other formal care settings. Apollo24 Healthcare Services Ltd was set up to be able to provide holistic domiciliary care support, home care services, live in care support, companion care, housekeeping and personal assistant support, 24 hours a day over 7 days a week, for vulnerable older people based in Aylesbury and surrounding areas.
