Its time to get fit! Just because summer is over it doesn't mean the work is over. Work hard and build a better you today! Class goers are getting fitter, faster and stronger by the week and you can get a piece of the action yourself!

These classes are ideal for beginners and intermediates who want to work hard and feel the benefit of exercise. I will explain, demonstrate and adapt to make sure you feel confident and welcome in the classes.

Classes are every Monday and Thursday at Buckland Village Hall!
