Whether you’re looking for ongoing assistance from a full-time live-in carer or the flexibility of a visiting carer, we can provide the right level of support for you. Helping Hand's committed Home Care in Aylesbury team support adults of all ages within the local area to live independently at home. With live in care and visiting care services, our expertly trained carers offer companionship, pers

onal care, dementia care, housekeeping services, medication support, mobility support, together with support in preparing and cooking meals. A visit can be from as little as 30 minutes a week, right through to several visits a day or full time live in care. We also offer respite care, overnight care, palliative care and end of life support and nurse led clinical support. Fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission, each package of care is completely unique to each of our customers.

At Helping Hands, we love celebrating the incredible people who make a real difference every day. Today, we’re proud to share Adyanna’s story - one of passion, purpose, and a genuine commitment to person-centered care.

“Growing up, care was always part of my world. My Nana was a carer for the council, and my mum has worked in care for over a decade. Watching their dedication left a lasting impression on me. I started working in care just before turning 17, alongside my mum while still in college, and I haven’t looked back since.”

Adyanna joined Helping Hands in March 2024 at just 19 years old and has been making an incredible impact ever since.

“What I enjoy most is getting to know each client’s routine and personal preferences. There’s something incredibly meaningful about being able to brighten someone’s day - even more so knowing that we might be the only friendly face they see. That motivates me to always deliver the highest standard of person-centered care. Helping Hands is a fantastic company for people who genuinely care about making a difference and creating positive moments in others’ lives.”
