Happy New Year to you all!!!!
It wasn't the best start to 2026 for me... I came down with a horrid cold/flu which took ages to clear, but I'm finally back to 'normal' 😉 and glad to be getting back into a routine after the chaos of Christmas and New Year!

Today was definitely not a day to be supporting my client on a walk, so we stayed in the warm indoors with a hot chocolate, puzzles and dominoes!
How sweet are these puzzles?! 😍

My client is starting to get stocked up with some ready meals to use over the Christmas period while I'm away.
After trying many ready meals options, Oakhouse Foods seems to come out on top for her! And a bonus with this company is that they do 2 portions sizes including 'mini meals'.
The delivery drivers are most helpful, and put the meals in the freezer for my client ☺️

It's been a great, successful first week with a new client, who has Parkinsons disease.
She's an inspiration, and won't let this horrible life changing disease get in the way of everyday life.
We've spent time playing a number of games, I've supported her with exercises to help with muscle movement and given her the company and conversation she needs 🥰

A different day at 'work' this morning.... my client, who is house bound, asked me to go to her neighbours up the road to see the animals on her friends farm, so I could show her the pictures 🥰
14 pigs 🐖 8 dogs 🐕 2 sheep 🐑
2 donkeys 🫏 1 pony 🐴 1 horse 🐎 1 goat 🐐 1 mule 🫏 and numerous amounts of chickens 🐔 🐓🦃🐥
