A Touch of Wellbeing Pilates, Calm&Flow Qigong, wellbeing and fitness classes During a session, the client is fully dressed and treatments are performed on a futon on the floor.

Shiatsu and Thai Yoga Massage work on a holistic level using acupressure points, stretches, holding and rocking techniques to improve general well-being, flexibility and reduce stress. Both therapies will work from your feet to your head, using hands, elbows, knees and even feet. Thai Yoga Massage will gently stretch your body into yoga like positions to leave you feeling energised and relaxed and giving you the best stretch you’re had for a long time! Pilates is a system of exercises designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, posture, mobility and enhances mental awareness:

As a Pilates teacher there are a few things I don’t care about in class — but I know people might feel self-conscious about them.

I don’t care if your midsection creates friendly folds when you curl — that’s just what bellies do when we bend forward.

I don’t mind if your breathing isn't on cue. Just keep breathing — in, out, sideways, whatever flows for you.
Don’t overthink it.

I won't ask if you joined because your friend dragged you here. You showed up — that’s the hardest part. Whether you’re here for the moves, the mood, the socials, it counts.

Nervous laughter mid-plank? Love it. Laughter counts as core work too. I will giggle with you through the hard bits — we are in this together.

Rolling over feels like wrestling a fridge? Fab - your core is switching on. Sometimes the “simple” moves are sneaky.

And I definitely don’t care if your flow looks more like "grit and grunt" than graceful fluidity — it’s real, it’s movement, and it’s yours.

So next time you catch yourself worrying about how you look, what you sound like, or whether you’re “doing it right,” remember: you’re already doing something wonderful just by being there.

In Pilates we talk about the 6 principles, one of them is PRECISION. We talk about alignment and correct form. And absolutely, these are important fundamentals.

But do you know what matters just as much?
Turning up — even when you don’t feel it on the day.

💭 When you go to your class even though you feel tired.
💭 When you wobble in balance work (I do too — balance is something I’m always working on).
💭 When you’re proud of the effort you made, instead of criticising yourself for being “off form.”

Compassion for yourself is real progress. We need both structure and softness. Precision and play. Effort and ease. You do what you can. Just show up. You don't need to be perfect. We'll giggle through it together.

Lightweight yet sturdy foldable massage table. Adjustable height. Removable, adjustable headpiece and arm rests. Faux leather plus additional soft and fluffy fitted top cover. Folds in the middle and incl carry bag. Hardly used and very good condition, has one tear at the top in the faux leather (see photo).

But my classes aren’t about poses, I like to go off the beaten track. In my classes it's about building the strength and mobility you need for everyday life.

✨ Sitting at a desk all day? We work on getting hips, back and shoulders move with ease.
✨ Knees aching on your walks? We build stability so you can keep doing what you love.
✨ Want to play tennis, lift your grandkids or carry groceries without worry? That’s what we train for - real life.

In my classes, we focus on the base — the foundation of good movement. With that strong base, you’ll not only feel better in daily life, but you’ll also build the awareness and strength that supports more traditional Pilates poses if you want to go there.

It’s not about vanity, it’s about vitality.
Not perfection, but possibility.
