A Touch of Wellbeing Pilates, Calm&Flow Qigong, wellbeing and fitness classes During a session, the client is fully dressed and treatments are performed on a futon on the floor.

Shiatsu and Thai Yoga Massage work on a holistic level using acupressure points, stretches, holding and rocking techniques to improve general well-being, flexibility and reduce stress. Both therapies will work from your feet to your head, using hands, elbows, knees and even feet. Thai Yoga Massage will gently stretch your body into yoga like positions to leave you feeling energised and relaxed and giving you the best stretch you’re had for a long time! Pilates is a system of exercises designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, posture, mobility and enhances mental awareness:

As 2025 draws to a close, I want to take a brief moment to say thank you.

Thank you for being here, for your curiosity, your openness, and your willingness to move with me. 🙏
Thank you, from my heart, for all your support this year, for your kind words, your hard work and your attendance at classes or a workshop.

This year has been rich and full — from seasonal mini Wellbeing Workshops, to the amazing South Africa Retreat, the growing Pilates and Chair Fit class communities, the first Photography & Mindfulness Calendar and so much more.

As we move into 2026, I wish you good health, abundance, meaningful connections, and a deep sense of wellbeing. Thank you again for your support, your trust, for taking part and exploring movement with awareness and curiosity. I’m so looking forward to continuing the journey together in the year ahead.

✨ Last Calm & Flow of the term ✨
We moved gently and mindfully with the season — from the strength of Metal into the deep flow of Water.

Our slow, seasonal movements supported strong legs, happy bones, better balance, sharper brains and a boosted immune system.
We flowed, we wobbled, and explored energy through season-inspired animal movements — yes, that meant a little snake, deer and bear along the way 🐍🦌🐻

A calm, fluid end to the term before we rest, recharge and hibernate a little.
Thank you for moving with me — see you after the holiday break, we will be back flowing from the 5th of January.

December can be magical… but it can also be a lot.
The calendar fills, the pressure builds, and before we know it we’re running on sugar and stressful mode.

Here’s your gentle reminder that you don’t have to keep up with the season’s pace.
Tiny, mindful moments — the kind that take 30 seconds or less — can help calm your nervous system and keep your mood feeling steady:

Protect a “quiet pocket” each day — 5–10 minutes where nobody gets anything from you.

Say “not this year” when you need to — boundaries are an energy saver.

Lower the bar — things don’t have to be perfect to be meaningful.

Sip something warm slowly — warmth + slow pace = instant regulation.

Rest before you crash — prevention is powerful.

Small things. Big impact.
