Loved teaching Sup Pilates last night...such a fun session and the wind settled so blessed with a beautiful evening! If enough people are interested I will run an extra session next fri 16th. It's £18 for the hour session. You need to be a member of Chiltern Canoe Club which is only £15 for the year. Leave a message here if you want to sign up for fri 16th and we will organise the event and get back to you re booking in
