It's another 5% milestone last night at Aylesbury. Superb achievement to Ed Kilby, who actually started off this year over 20kg heavier. Like a bolt of lightning (his victory pose 😁⚡️) he striked off this much in a matter of months! ⚡️

A great evening last night at Aylesbury as the guys play the last match of the season.

This season we've had 27kg weight loss, 36cm waist loss, numerous 5% milestones achieved and I've lost count of the number of hatricks!

We've also had coach's challenges involving walking/jogging miles and healthy meals and variety of foods, all of which the guys have collectively taken part and achieved bonus goals.

We've also ran a 5k race over muddy obstacles raising money for Cancer Research UK!

What a season! where's the last 14 weeks gone? Very well done to all the players at Aylesbury! 👊👌😎...
