I have two acupuncture slots that have become available for the Autumn, on a monthly appointment basis in Haddenham.

They are both in the mornings, and would be perfect for any existing patient who has been wanting to return to a regular slot with me, but there hasn’t been availability.

If that is you - please DM or text me ASAP - all I ask is that you are able and willing to commit to the regular slot… see pics for dates…

Otherwise, next week I will be offering these out to new patients who are on my waitlist, as I haven’t had capacity to take on new patients in the Haddenham clinic since 2023!!

Such a lovely day in my Friday clinic at Green Acres Rural Enterprise CIC, Staverton yesterday…

Highlight of the afternoon was this almond milk matcha, with lions mane + coconut sugar from Sheaf Street Health Store that my sweetest patient bought for us both to enjoy 💚

As we reach the end of January (finally!) I am reflecting on what this month actually means for me… 💫

It’s one year since I opened my first ever clinic space that is solely mine… this calm little white space in Staverton, on Green Acres farm in Northants… 🎂

But quite remarkably + somewhat unbelievably, January 2024 marks 15 years of me treating patients… ✨

That’s 15 years of being in practice, holding space for people, listening to their truth, supporting them, guiding them, putting needles in them + helping them feel SO much better… 🙌

And yes, the majority of that time has been in Bucks / Oxon - in Thame, Princes Risborough, and now Haddenham - some patients are still with me, still having their monthly top-ups, all the way from the very beginning… 💕

It is honestly SUCH a privilege to be in this position, to do my soul’s work + share this ancient wisdom - hugely grateful to all my regular patients for trusting me + allowing me to be part of their wellness journey for all these years… 🌼

And of course I had to honour the occasion with a little 1st Birthday cake for the Staverton clinic + some big balloons for my incredible 15 years overall… 🎈

If you have been a part of the last 15 years, then I thank you wholeheartedly - I honestly wouldn’t be here without each + every one of you, each + every treatment, each + every needle… 🙏

Me at the end of a long (but very beautiful) day in the Haddenham clinic + ready to head home at 8pm tonight…

Today I helped support some gorgeous people with a whole range of stuff including:

+ exhaustion
+ shock
+ life transition
+ hormones
+ fertility
+ anxiety
+ overwhelm
+ fear of future

Such a great day in my own little Staverton clinic yesterday - 2 fab new patients + some of my lovely regulars… calm Fridays in this special space of mine 🙏✨

And we get to enjoy sunsets + twilight skies across the fields outside my clinic windows in the countryside… 🌕💫

And acu man loves it there too ❤️

First day back in the Haddenham clinic - bit later than originally planned…

A fabulous day where a third of my patients were over 90, and it wasn’t until my 5pm patient that I realised I was still writing 2023!

Always good to be back in clinic and see my wonderful people…

Just finished a long but wonderful day in clinic with some really amazing gorgeous women - such a pleasure to support them in their lives… it was a real joy to see each of them today…
