For people of all ages and indeed all levels of participation – general health, fitness, serious competition – sports injuries happen. They bring pain and discomfort, and interfere not just with staying active, but with life’s daily activities too. The sports injury clini

c services focus on carefully determining the exact nature of the injury as the important first step towards providing the most appropriate and expedient treatment. We take a one on one approach to ensuring the treatment not only brings relief from ache and pain, but also to ensure that positive steps are made to returning you to the exercise or sport you enjoy. Most sports injuries are preventable, and our approach is prevention-driven. So apart from finding out just what your injury is, much attention is given to identifying the cause of the injury so as to advise you on how to prevent the injury happening again. Other factors that may increase your risk of injury (such as footwear, training programme, etc) are also examined so that you can understand the ways in which injuries can be prevented, With a broad background of personal involvement in several sports, the sports injury clinic will help you get back to activity, exercise and sports in as short a time as possible.

Good morning to all my clients. Having had to close for the 3rd time this year I just wanted to say a big thank you to you all for your support and understanding this last year in what has been a very difficult year for us all. I wish you a happy healthy Christmas what ever your plans and here's to a better 2021 best wishes Jackie.

Morning, sadly following government guidelines I will be closing from Thursday 5th November until further notice x

Good morning to all our lovely clients we are finally able to open .
There are a few things we need to adhere to due to covid 19 to keep you out clients and ourselves safe .
1 If you are unwell or have any symptoms of covid 19 please let us know and we will rearrange appt .
2 There will be no cancellation fee for cancelled appointments due to symptoms of covid 19.
3 Please come on time for appt not early or late .
4 we are allowing time inbetween appts to wipe down and clean everywhere .
5 Please use antibacterial hand wash on arrival and leaving please.
6 You will find a box in clinic room to put bags phone clothes in which we wipe down after every client .
7 We will be wearing full ppe with every client.
8 We have changed waiting area to adhere to covid 19 regulations .
9 Lastly we look forward to seeing you all soon it's been too long.

An update on sports injury clinic for all my lovely clients. We are hoping to re open 4th July following goverment guidelines x ppe in place and a few changes in sitting area x we will be in touch re appts soon. We hope you are all well stay safe.

It is with sadness I will be closing the clinic until I’m advised I am safe to re open!
I would like to say the biggest thank you to all of my clients over the past few weeks for your heart warming support. It really reiterates to me how lucky I am to have the clients I do!

I will be in contact with anyone that has an appointment coming up and will be taking it week by week from now on.
