So as a personal trainer I celebrate looking after yourself from the inside. Good food, no alcohol etc.
I exercise everyday and eat a treat when I want one.
I don't have any surgery and never add filters to photos.
This was a good day for me, as a 59, soon to be 60 yr old so I thought I'd post this whilst im feeling brave enough too.

No filters, no changes, no makeup. I never wear it.just me as nature intended.

I am a personal trainer and believe in looking after yourself from the inside. Good food, including treats to myself, no alcohol or smoking, and working out every day. Lots of water 💧 too.
