🎉 Over the next week, you and your partner will embark on a journey to improve your communication skills and deepen your emotional connection. Each day brings a new exercise that promotes understanding, empathy, and open dialogue.
Today’s Focus: Observation Without Evaluation
For this first activity, we’re diving into the art of observation! Here’s what you need to do:
🌼 Task: Choose a neutral topic—like daily routines or household tasks—and take turns sharing your observations without adding any judgments or interpretations.
📝 Example: “I noticed the dishes were left in the sink.”
