I had been struggling with lower back pain for 5 days and thought that a massage would help. I did not know which type of massage I would benefit from so sent a message before booking and got an instant reply, I booked myself in that same day. When I arrived May was there to greet me with a lovely welcoming smile. I explained a bit more about my situation and May explained what she would be doing to help relieve my pain a bit. The massage was painful at times but I expected this as I was already in pain. May focused on my areas of pain as well as the rest of my back and legs to suit my needs. I felt a lot more relaxed after the massage as it relieved the day's of tension from the pain. I was still in pain but I expected that but when I woke up this morning the pain was not as severe as it had been and I was so relieved. May also showed me a few exercises to do throughout the day that would be beneficial for the pain I was in. May provided a great friendly and beneficial service and I am looking at booking my next session with her where I will hopefully not be in pain. 😉

I’ve had two massages at Sri-Chan - a deep tissue massage and a back and shoulder massage - with May and both have been amazing! The atmosphere at Sri-Chan is calming and May is welcoming, putting me at ease. I would highly recommend anyone to visit, and I will be booking many more appointments in the future.
