Sarah Lou Yoga I'm Sarah Oxley a BWY accredited yoga teacher. Offer Classes and private consultations. I like my classes to be fun and light-hearted.

My yoga is dedicated to help you find healing in your body, mind and soul. Let me sure you how a carefully structure yoga practice can help you sort out your health issue and rebalance your body in a way which will enable you to enjoy your life off the mat. I incorporate many yoga styles into my teaching but love to include some energetic flow sequences as well as longer static holds. My classes are suitable for all levels - you take it as far as you want to go on any given day.

This is an invitation to you to join me for a 2.5-hour workshop for complete beginners.

🚀When: Saturday 13th September
🚀Where: My home garden studio in Bedgrove
🚀Time: 2-4.30pm

I will share with you the basics of yoga, including breathing, basic postures, and simple relaxation tools.

😊At my time of life I am all about aging well, so Monday is sprint training day for me.

😊What is a non-negotiable, is finishing my time outside with some yoga to help stretch me out and restore mobility. Let's face it, too walking and running can really stiffen up your joints.

👉Here are am with a great little post run/walk yoga routine:

90/90 lunge
Pigeon
Supta Baddha Konasa (lying tailor pose)
Supine twist Variation

😊Yoga is a great 'mate' for so many other activities - it is the perfect MOT for before of afterwards.

Our Story

Hey I'm Sarah yoga teacher and holistic body coach. I teach Yoga within the Aylesbury area offering general yoga and pre/postnatal classes. I also offer 1-1 coaching where you can train with me one on one. Sessions are tailored to suit your individual needs and goals; whether it is to improve posture, work with an injury, master a pose, learn some mind calming practices and so on.
