May is private yoga month ππ€
I love teaching group classes but have a special passion for teaching private yoga classes. Private yoga might be seen as a little luxurious but it has all the benefits of a personal trainer plus a bit extra.
Private yoga is great for anyone who:
π is a little intimidated joining a group class - these tailored classes offer a route into yoga which is completely personalised to the individual
πhas recovering from an injury and needs to modify their movement practice
πis suffering with a chronic health condition - physical or mental and would love to learn about the many tools of yoga can help
πis already practising yoga but wants to dive deeper into a certain aspect of their practice.
As well as teaching yoga I will bring in functional body weight and mobility training as and where we feel it might help bring better movement. Yoga for me is the perfect MOT for the body and mind.
