This yoga pose is Twisty lunge, named by the knowledgeable and brilliant Wendy Teasdill

Placing your hand on your hip is one of the modifications of this pose, and one we explore in class and the upcoming workshop on 5th July in Oving Village Hall
Other modifications are available!

Wendy trained me to become a yoga teacher, I completed my British Wheel of Yoga diploma with her and am grateful for her wise teaching.

We warm up, perform various yoga poses in a sequence to stretch and strengthen the body, oh, and there’s a relaxation at the end of the class where you get to lie down.

Hello and thank you for visiting Maxine Siggers Yoga.

I have been teaching yoga since 2010 when I gained my teacher training diploma with the British Wheel of Yoga. I hold my classes in Oving and Monks Risborough, I offer one to one sessions and corporate yoga.

My classes are mixed ability with modifications for all to take part and enjoy.

I look forward to meeting you soon!
