m the deep relaxation and stress reduction which occurs during and for some time after a good treatment. Whether you are trying to conceive naturally or have opted for fertility treatment , reducing stress can be one of the major players in conceiving and maintaining a pregnancy. Stress negatively impacts the reproductive system increasing the likelihood of irregular menstrual cycles and sub-fertility. I often utilise reiki and hypnobirthing techniques during my treatments to make sure we are working together to give it our best shot. As I have aged I have become extremely interested in perimenopause and menopause. I have recently undertaken a menopause wellbeing practitioner qualification and am working on my reflexology for menopause qualification. For me, ensuring my client feels as special, understood and pampered as possible is my number one aim. Women’s Wellbeing & Aesthetics, based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, offers a range of treatments that can benefit you holistically. Treatments are performed with the intention to give both the mind and the body what they need. I am also an independent Neal's Yard Organic Remedies consultant. I am a dedicated Reflexolgist providing treatments as a mobile therapist for Reflexology, covering Bucks and Oxon areas. The goal of my work is to relieve stress, worry and anxiety as well as aches and pains. I have good knowledge and understanding of the physiological and psychological damage stress can cause; with experience of effective methods to reduce stress and promote health and wellbeing. I believe that stress management and relaxation are key elements in improving overall health and wellbeing. Improved health, renewed confidence, improved sleep and reduced pain are all beneficial side effects of any of the reflexology treatments I am passionate about offering. My mission is to be of benefit to as many people as I can, by educating others on how to reduce their own stress levels and to provide high quality, effective and relaxing treatments to all.

Well I tried.

M.E has beaten me again and it is with great regret and sadness that I announce the closure of Women's Wellbeing Hormonal Health,Reflexology,Selfcare I have hope that one day I will be able to start again as I have done several times before, but for now I need to focus on getting a bit better. Thank you to all who I have worked with and all your kind, supportive words.

We have our popular Me Time class which allows you ladies to take away the stress & overwhelm of having to find childcare. Bring them along.

HIIT for all is a fun and varied HIIT class but allows you all to work at your own level 10! Exercises will be progressed or regressed as needed.

Women’s group training are small group training sessions where I make the sessions as fun as possible with a different format each week.
Whether this is team games, circuits, strength work or a time trial then I make sure there’s plenty of fun along the way (whilst getting a sweat on - no one attends for an easy ride)

The main thing about all of our sessions are that they are motivating and designed to bring fun to exercising and what’s even better you get to meet some supportive and lovely ladies along the way 💙
