At Calibre Quality Care, we do the "heavy lifting" for you. While our Personal Assistants are self-employed, they must pass our rigorous 5-Point Vetting Process before they ever join our network:

1️⃣ Enhanced DBS Check: We ensure every PA has a clear, up-to-date criminal record check.
2️⃣ Verified References: We speak directly to previous employers and professionals to confirm their character and skill.
3️⃣ Training & Qualifications: We verify their Care Certificate and any specialist training .
4️⃣ Full Insurance: We confirm every PA holds their own Public Liability Insurance for your protection.
5️⃣ The "Calibre" Interview: We meet every PA face-to-face. If we wouldn't trust them with our own family, we won't introduce them to yours.
