Bach at the start of the New Year we hosted a webinar on behalf of one of our clients and this was the feedback from the event organiser 🤗
"Can I extend a huge thank you to you and David for participating in our inaugural first aid webinar last Wednesday 21st January 2026. I appreciate we had a couple of falls starts, but we managed to get there in the end, with your patience and understanding.
It being the first session that the SP First Aid Steering Group had put together you are never sure how it is going to go and how it will be received, however, I think the way that David presented in his calm, professional and very knowledgeable way ensured that the 122 SP participants took a lot away from the update that David provided. As evidence of this the session scored 4.9 out 5 (5 being an Excellent rating), from the feedback received from those who participated, illustrating that the session was delivered extremely well by David and that he highlighted the information that is important to our first aid community.
I’m sure you will agree an excellent outcome all round. The good news is we’ve had some suggestions for further sessions in the future, so we may be back in planning before long".
