Yesterday, our residents, along with their families and the Aston Manor team, enjoyed a group outing to The Old Fisherman Pub. It was a lovely afternoon spent together in the sun, enjoying good food, drinks and each other’s company, with a real sense of everyone coming together. 🧡

Afterwards, the group took a gentle stroll along the river, spending time feeding the ducks and enjoying the fresh air. Days like this are a great way to step outside the usual routine and simply enjoy time together in a relaxed setting.

This week at Aston Manor, residents enjoyed a live performance from the Aylesbury Town Players, who played a mix of well-loved classics from The Beatles to Chuck Berry. It was a lovely afternoon, with plenty of familiar tunes and a great atmosphere throughout.🎶

To celebrate National Tea Day yesterday, we held a "Teas from Around the World" session, exploring a variety of unique blends. From the classic English tea we all know and love to the exotic Hawaiian Honey Hibiscus, there was something for everyone to try. ☕

We had a full turnout for the activity, and it was wonderful to see everyone getting involved and sharing their favourite flavours. It was the perfect way to spend an afternoon together! ✨

Over the Easter weekend we held our Easter event at Aston Manor, inviting the local community into the home to enjoy some festive celebrations. 🐣

The day featured two live musical performances, creative arts and crafts, and an Easter egg hunt around Aston Manor, with a special visit from the Easter Bunny! 🐰🎶 Seeing our residents getting involved and enjoying the afternoon alongside our guests was truly heartwarming. ✨

Last week, residents Vic and Margaret, along with members of the Aston Manor team, enjoyed a wonderful day out in Aylesbury town. After a delicious lunch at Rococo Lounge, we headed to St Mary’s Church for a beautiful performance by a Clarinet and Piano Duo.

At Aston Manor, we believe a "better everyday" is found in these simple, meaningful moments - good food, a shared story, and the joy of a bit of live music.🧡
