This week, our activities team have been entertaining residents with "Dancing Through the Ages" — a fun reminiscence-based activity where residents pick a dance style from a box and act it out for others to guess.🎵

It’s a brilliant mix of movement, music and memory. Residents and staff had a wonderful time taking part, with plenty of laughter and some impressive guesses. The session also sparked nostalgic conversations about parties, discos and dance halls from years gone by — moments that mean so much to the people we support. 🧡
