Are you at a crossroads in life?

Perhaps you’re feeling stuck — unsure which direction to take — or maybe you’ve noticed yourself staying busy, distracting yourself, yet still feeling like you’re not moving towards the life you truly want.

You don’t have to figure it out alone.

Counselling offers a confidential, supportive space to pause, reflect, and explore your options without pressure or judgement. Together, we can gently untangle what’s keeping you stuck, reconnect you with what matters most, and help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

Whether you’re facing a specific decision, feeling lost, or simply sensing that something needs to change, therapy can help you understand yourself more deeply and make choices that align with your goals and values.

If you’re ready to explore your options and take a meaningful step forward, I’m here to support you.
