Just because you’ve paid to attend the course …. One is not GUARANTEED a pass?

Shocks a lot of people that 🤷‍♀️ 🤨

Question for 1st Aid providers out there . . .

Do you think there’s a sense of entitlement among certain demographics of learner?

Is it generational?

Is it because we’ve dished out far too many “participation certificates” over the years?

Perhaps it’s because the “younger” generation have never been allowed to “fail?”

Who knows. Perhaps I’m just grumpy. There’s certainly a trend though 🧐
