Welcome to Motorstep! 👋🏻

We have had an influx of new followers to our page recently so we wanted to first welcome you and to tell you a little more about the Motorstep.

What is a Motorstep and How Do They Work?

Our Motorstep step lifts are small, fully portable powered platforms that help people move over short height differences.
Originally designed to help users access large steps in Caravan and Motorhomes, since being available to purchase they have been recommended by Occupational Therapists to help users around the home. The main obstacles around the home being a few steps at an entrance, porch, or inside a split-level building. The Motorstep gives the user the independence to navigate their home safely.

Instead of taking up a lot of space like ramps, the Motorstep is compact and stable and gently raises and lowers a standing person using a secure platform. Offering quick delivery and easy set up, the Motorstep is ideal for users who require a quick solution without having to have modifications or building works being made to their home. The lifts are fully weatherproof too so can be left outside when not in use.

They are easy to operate, using simple push buttons or a wander lead/remote. This makes them suitable for both independent users and those being assisted by a third party.

Our lifts run on rechargeable batteries, so they keep working even in the event of a power cut. They are built with safety and comfort in mind and include features like non-slip platforms, safety sensors, and smooth movement. Many models also come with optional extras like support straps, support frames, easy lift wheels and covers.

When not in use, step lifts can fold away or park neatly, helping to save space. This makes them a great option for homes, caravans, RVs, and commercial buildings where space is limited but accessibility is important.

Happy New Year!
