Each foot consists of 33 joints and is supplied by thousands of nerves.
Reflexology uses authentic anatomical knowledge combined with skilled handwork to apply a specific steady even pressure over the complex nerve ending network of the human feet. By using specific reflexology techniques, the nervous system can be directly affected in a very positive and relaxing way.
When the body is relaxed and the nervous system is stimulated, then healing has the perfect opportunity to take place. Healing comes from the inside out.

Are you aware of the many benefits of Reflexology?
It is such a relaxing treatment and reflexology can help in so many ways.
It can reduce feelings of stress and anxiety. It is great for putting the body in a state of total relaxation, releasing muscular tension, improving nerve function, enhanced immune function, pain relief and allowing blood and lymph to circulate more freely. The 'fight or flight' stress response is calmed, improving overall mental wellbeing. Some people also find that reflexology can help alleviate symptoms associated with conditions such as headaches/migraines, digestive disorders, hormonal imbalances, and chronic pain.
My reflexology treatments are carried out on the feet and also include relaxing massage techniques as well as work on the reflex points.
