The best way to get in touch is via WhatsApp on 07788241163.

You are welcome to call, but you will likely have to leave a message as I’ll be working with other clients. I will come back to you as soon as I can.

Emails, messenger and insta DMs will be responded to as soon as I see them, but there can be delays as I can’t see these as easily due to working.

I’m a one person business, so please be patient. But I pride myself in my services and being as flexible as possible.

What’s happening at Pause and Restore in September?

A friend pointed out that there is something truly satisfying about September 1st being a Monday. New month. New week. New day. New beginnings. I like this idea of a fresh start, and opportunity.

𝐍𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐥 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐞:
As a parent, the summer holidays bring conflict of managing work and making memories with my son. I’m fortunate that I can be flexible but it’s certainly a juggling act! A HUGE thank you to both new and existing clients for your patience with appointments. We will all be pleased to know that normal hours now resume! This typically looks like: Monday – Friday, various times in school hours. One later day working from 4.30pm onwards, and Saturdays.

𝐆𝐢𝐟𝐭 𝐕𝐨𝐮𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬:
There are quite a few gift vouchers unclaimed. Please make sure these don’t get forgotten. Gifts quite often come at a busy time and it’s easy to forget about a voucher – this is your reminder that you’re overdue a treat!
