Looking for a Pilates class that works all the right bits but is a little more gentle?

Come and join my small, friendly classes in Erpingham and Aldbrough.
£10 pay as you go, discounts for buying a block of classes.

I also have a Mobility Class on Tuesdays at 10am at the County Building in Aylsham (formerly Aylsham Community Gym) £7 PAYG or £27 monthly.

Further data in support of homeopathy. Arnica is probably the best known remedy used for injury, not forgetting there are many others.

New evidence on Arnica sheds light on its healing properties.. yes the evidence continues to pile up in favor of homeopathy!

Italian researchers have just published a paper examining the effects of the homeopathic remedy Arnica montana on human macrophages.

What are macrophages? They are specialized cells involved in the detection, phagocytosis and destruction of bacteria and other harmful organisms as well as the repair and remodeling of damaged tissue.

So what did the researchers find?
The homeopathic remedy Arnica montana significantly stimulates the expression of three genes controlling the regulatory proteins of the tissue around human cells (otherwise called the extracellular matrix) - with positive effects on cell adhesion and migration during tissue development and healing.

Introducing the Class Pass.
Aylsham Community Gym has introduced a “Class Pass” voucher scheme - £45 for 8 classes, to use within any 3-month period.
These include yoga, pilates and various Keep Fit classes. We recognise that not everyone who wants to attend our classes wishes to be a gym member.
Lots of people have work and family commitments that stops them regularly attending the classes. We are reaching out to those people with our new “Class Pass”.
Anyone interested can pop into the gym on a Saturday (9-12am) or Sunday (9-11am) morning to find out more and purchase a Class Pass. (Cash payments only, please).

Pilates North Norfolk

I am looking to set up another class in the Aylsham/Cromer area.
Possible times are on Monday - late morning or early afternoon. Or Wednesday afternoon or evening.

I teach a more remedial style of Pilates (rather than fitness). Still focused on mobility, flexibility and core strength. I could also run a gentle ‘stretchy’ mat class or a seated class.

If anyone has any thoughts on a possible venue, where there would be sufficient interest, I would be grateful if you would let me know.
