I'm ​excited to let you know about Stella, a local qigong teacher, who is running a brand-new Qi Gong class in Aylsham – designed especially for anyone feeling exhausted, burnt out, or living with chronic illness.
This class ​is a very a calm and nurturing space, ​Stella teaches qigong to support the nervous system, restore energy, and gently reconnect with the body.
