Our Manager Kelly, met Debbie, the Manager at King's Court Nursing Home in Holt. Kelly was incredibly impressed by the work they do!

๐Ÿ‘‹ We would like to welcome Kelly to the team as our New Manager for Kingsley Home Care - North Norfolk!

We are so happy to have her on board and are very excited to work with her - We asked her some questions so you could get to know her! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ’œ

โœจ How long have you worked in Health and Social Care?

I have been in the industry since I was 16- so 21 years now, I have progressed through the ranks. I started as a kitchen assistant then into a care and support worker, I completed by level 5 qualification in 2020 and my management career started then. A lot of my family work in the industry, so I feel it is in my blood.

โœจ Do you have any hobbies and interests outside of work? I love spending time with my family and walking my dogs either in the forest or in the beach. Evening walks on the beach are my favourite. I have 3 cocker spaniels and 1 chihuahua.

โœจ What is your favourite thing about working in Health and Social Care? I love the fact that I can support all the clients as I would want my family to be treated. I am very passionate about making a difference in peopleโ€™s lives, even if it is just to have a conversation with people and to keep them company.

โœจ What is one fun fact about you? I can do 11 keepie ups with a football, despite not being able to actually play football.
