Kirsty Bure Valley Bowen has said everything so beautifully in this post. It was such a pleasure to meet and treat so many wonderful people last night.

We are so lucky to have such a wonderful resource in the East Anglian Air Ambulance Charity and last night demonstrated how the support doesn't stop once the medical condition has been addressed.

Last night it was my absolute pleasure and privilege to be invited back to the East Anglian Air Ambulace at Helimed House to be part of their Beat the Blues Wellbeing evening for their families who have needed to use the air ambulance. I met some utterly lovely people who have been through hell and back but still came out because the EAAA had been the best support for them during such difficult and tragic times.

What an incredible resource and facility we have. Many who volunteer at the facility have first hand experience with the incredible team and then wish to participate and help others in the future.

I hope that a little bit of Bowen therapy helped them in some ways after suffering such trauma.

Shout out to the other wonderful therapists who also gave their time including The Little Shepherds Massage Hut. I will try to update this post with the other fabulous therapists (Reiki, arm and hand massage touch therapy, sound bath, yoga, reflexology)
