🚨 TENNIS ELBOW EXPLAINED 🚨
Cause
Overusing your forearm due to a repetitive or strenuous activity. It can also sometimes occur after banging or knocking your elbow. Tennis elbow doesn’t always occur with tennis athletes people with manual jobs involving repetitive movements of the wrist
Symtoms
Pain, burning, or an ache along the outside of the forearm and elbow. It gets worse and may spread down to the wrist if the person continues the activity that causes the condition. The grip may become weak.
Treatment
Rehabilitation to help strengthen the muscle around the elbow and wrist, pain medication, avoiding aggravating activities
