Vic the Lion is more than just a friendly face he’s the proud mascot of Vics in the Community, bringing energy, comfort, and compassion wherever he goes. From match days to pop-up events and school visits, Vic is always present, spreading a powerful message: "We must talk about su***de because prevention starts with a conversation." Vic wears the number 14 honouring the memory of a young player who tragically lost his life to su***de.
This tribute serves as a heartfelt reminder of why our mission matters and why we must keep TALKING.
Through Vic’s presence and the support of his sponsorship, our wellbeing and su***de prevention initiatives continue to reach those who need it most. The results have been incredible with individuals coming forward to share their own survival stories, inspired by the safe, supportive spaces we've helped create.
