Turnstyles VR Session 🎮✨

This week, our residents had the chance to explore new worlds from the comfort of their armchairs thanks to an exciting Turnstyles VR session! 🧠

From scenic landscapes to interactive experiences, the virtual reality headsets brought smiles, curiosity, and plenty of “wow” moments. It’s amazing how technology can open doors to new adventures and spark meaningful conversations.

🎶🏰 Scotland the Brave & A Touching Tribute at Greenan Manor ☕🍪

When our lovely resident Betty began singing Scotland the Brave, it sparked a wonderful idea — we popped it on YouTube and ended up watching the Ceremony of Beating Retreat at Edinburgh Castle! 🎺📺

With coffee, tea, and a biscuit in hand, our residents were captivated by the stirring performance from the Pipes, Drums, and Military Bands of the Cadets. The feedback was truly heart-warming:

💬 “It was lovely seeing the young ones getting recognised, they are very talented.”
❤️ And dear Kenny was so moved, he shed a few tears and told our colleagues, “It was beautiful.”

Moments like these remind us of the power of music, memory, and connection. A huge thank you to our amazing colleagues for making it all possible 💛
