💜 Baby Massage Specials 💜

These sessions will include an Autumn theme massage, keepsake crafts, photo opportunities and more. These will be £20 for the hour session with everything you need provided for you. Little ones will also receive a gift bag too☺️

These sessions will include a full story massage to Room on the Broom, keepsake crafts, photo opportunities and more. These will be £15 for the hour session with everything you need provided for you. Little ones will also receive a little gift bag too🧙

🫧🛁Bath & Spa Babies Autumn specials 🫧🛁
Friday 24th October 11am (up to 5 mths)
Friday 31st October 11am (5mths - 12mths)

These sessions will include an Autumn theme oat milk bath, full body massage, tailored spa treatments, keepsake crafts and photo opportunities. These will be £30 for the 90 minute session with everything you need provided as well as a gift pack to take home 🥰

📔 Storybook Massage and Play 📔
🍁🍂 November term 🍂🍁

Booking is now open for our last storybook massage of the year!

Our Story Massage & Play sessions are gentle, cosy classes designed for little ones who are sitting, crawling or walking - up to 2 years old.

Each session begins with a story massage - A story, familiar book, nursery rhyme or one I've created for the session inspired by the children's interests or the season.

The massage is done over clothing and uses no oils. Just like baby massage, it is completely led by your child, so If your little one isn't in the mood for a massage at that moment, that is absolutely fine. There is no pressure.

After the story and massage your little one can explore a play experience inspired by the book or rhyme. There is also a range of wooden toys, natural resources, loose parts & sensory lights. While they play, I'll pop the kettle on and bring you a drink to enjoy.

The sessions are small, calm and held in our private room inside Studio24 Ayr. A lovely space to connect, play and be together. 🌸

🌿These are bookable via 4 weekly blocks (£35 for the 4 weeks) and will start on Wednesday the 5th November we will have 2 session times
These are
10am-11am (from sitting to crawling)
11:30am-12:30pm (from crawling up to 2yrs)

💚🍃What’s on in September🍃💚

Coming up this week we have
Monday & Tuesday
Week 2 of Baby Massage this is a 5 week term learning all the areas of the body and how gentle massage can relieve common symptoms your little ones might have.
Both days and sessions are fully booked but we have open booking for our last term of the year which will start on the 3rd & 4th of November. Please pop me a message to secure your space

Wednesday
Week 2 of our new Storybook Massage & Play sessions. These run for 4 weekly sessions and each session begins with a story massage - A story, familiar book, nursery rhyme or one I've created for the session inspired by the children's interests or the season. These sessions are also fully booked but our next term starting on the 5th November will be available to book later this week.

Thursday
🫧🛁 Bath and Spa Babies 🛁🫧
Take your little ones on a water sensory experience with lights and calming bath toys to play with. We then relax into a full body massage and finish off the session with some spa treatments tailored to suit your little ones
Fully booked but our Autumn theme classes will be available to book later this week too. These are small classes with age ranges per session.

Next Friday the 12th September
Our One’derful in September and October session. This is a special soft play class with photo opportunities, keepsake crafts, party games and more. Come celebrate your little ones turning one together with other parents and little ones the same age. Spaces available

💚💜 Baby Massage Week Two 💜💚

Hello to the first of those ber months with the start of September today. We’ve enjoyed a little tummy massage this morning. Learning all about getting things moving and helping to ease constipation, trapped wind and colic.

We had a little sensory play with bubbles too, I must say it was the quietest I’ve had any of my session at the half 11 group, fully enjoying those precious moments together just you and your little ones

We will be back tomorrow with our Tuesday groups learning some leg massages in the morning and finishing off the day with more tummy massages

🍁🍂November term of Baby Massage 🍂🍁

Our last term of the year is available to book! If you have requested a priority space please pop me a message and we can get you booked in with your preferred session time.
Everything you need for the sessions are provided as well as a some cute added extras too

During the sessions you will be taught different massage techniques to help ease any of the following which you may come across in your parenting journey:

💟Constipation
💟Congestion
💟Teething
💟Colic
💟Reflux
💟Tummy time

Each session also has a sensory element too helping you both to ease into the world of sensory play together

🌈📔Storybook Massage & Play 📔🌈

Just wanted to say a massive THANK YOU! To everyone who joined me today for our first sessions of storybook massage and play ☺️☺️

I had an absolute blast watching all your little ones be so engaged with learning our new story massage moves
We had some tickly fingers for incy wincy, some big circles getting drawn for the clock in hickory dickory dock and finished off with some beautifully calm hands in twinkle twinkle.

💚 Tuesday Massage Week One 💚

Another wonderful morning/afternoon here at SweetDreams 🥰
With lots of smiles, laughs, baby babble and amazing bonding already.
We eased into the world of massage today with a calming leg massage, a touch of reflexology and massaged those tiny toes to help with teething.
We also adapted a class and learnt all about the benefits of a tummy massage (which worked amazingly 😆)

Come celebrate with us!
Friday 12th September at 11am

A unique and exclusive monthly party session to celebrate yours and other little ones turning 1 that month! 🥳

📸 There will be plenty of time to get some amazing photos and full use of our photobooth area.
👣 Create an adorable keepsake you can cherish forever
🥳 Of course there will be a party bag to take home!
☕ There will be refreshments for adults and some sweet treats while the little ones play

As always I will do some little extras to make it extra special 🥰
