A beautiful celebration of Yoga on Sunday at Mother Earth Hindu Temple Glasgow

Such a blissful day. The immersive soundbath from Yoga With Katie was incredible.

I'm still floating around like a bubble.

What does one do in a heatwave? Go for a 100 degrees sauna of course!! Superb evening earlier this week at Lochwinnoch, hosted by Love Woodland, with Wee Wild Sauna.

Starting with tea ceremony, breathwork by Mudra, sauna, bucket of water over the head , river dip and lying on the grass watching the steam rising off my body. Oh and oak leaf branches tied together (Viht) to gently stimulate circulation.

An intense, joyous experience.

Completed my yoga nidra training course today, 6 months in the making.

Heartfelt thanks to everyone who has helped me along rhe way, from taking part in workshops and sessions, giving up your time and providing feedback.

Thanks also to those who supported me in my momnts of madness, late night essay writing and just generally keeping me going, you know who you are 💗

Returned from Holy Isle Iyengar Yoga retreat with the brilliant Helen Graham. Always a joy. Such wonderful teaching from a very special person with great yoga knowledge and experience.

Yoga classes back to normal now.

Last night at Troon, this Friday at Troon and we will be back to Ths Local on Monday.

Looking forward to seeing you all again.
