This is my mum, and she won’t mind me saying but her body likes to hold on to a bit of fluid.

Is your stomach making noises during your treatment? Stop apologising for it, I LOVE IT!!

It’s a compliment, it’s a normal sign that your body is relaxing 😌

You have shifted into your parasympathetic nervous response’ “rest and digest”

Another sign during your massage I look out for is belly breathing (your belly moving up and down instead of your chest). Belly breathing also activates your parasympathetic nervous system.
