Do you know how many units are in your favourite drink?

Understanding alcohol units helps you make informed choices and stay within safer drinking limits:
👉 1 unit = 10ml or 8g of pure alcohol
📌 An average 175ml glass of wine = ~2.3 units
📌 A pint of 5% beer = ~2.8 units
📌 A double spirit (50ml) = 2 units
