Please me mindful - It is not my responsibility to control your voucher. Once it has been paid for, it is not my responsibility to ensure it is used on time or booked in on time regarding expiry. (Please don't assume you will just get your appointment weeks before expiry) You have 6 months to ensure you book in on time.

I have also received over the last couple of days messages asking to book vouchers in and when I am asking for details to confirm booking I am getting met with responses like - I have binned it or lost it but I am assuming it's in date as received at Christmas and I don't know what it is for.

Now you might take this as a rude post (which is fine) but this is where I ask you to be mindful and have a think.

Would you walk into a shop that you received a voucher for at Christmas not having it to hand or binned and demand your purchase and speak to the cashier like that?

My clients know I will always try to accommodate and provide the highest standards of service all I ask for is respect in return regarding my policy's in place.

*Polite reminder regarding voucher policy.
* Voucher must be available at time of booking and brought to appointment as your receipt.
* It is not my responsibility to ensure your voucher is booked within the expiry date. Please do not assume you will get your appointment weeks before. I am normally fully booked a couple of weeks in advance. Please book in advance to avoid your voucher becoming void.
