Hello all my faithful patients,
I would like to invite all of you to review the Po***ck Physio Website that contains a link to my online booking system https://pollock-physio.selectandbook.com/. Starting from the 7 August 2023, could I ask that you please book appointments online at https://pollock-physio.selectandbook.com/. As you progress through the online booking system, you will find an optional text input box labelled “Additional Info”. In this box, can you provide a brief summary of your symptoms to help me prepare for your appointment. Please be ensured that all information you input into the online booking system is confidential and GDPR protected. Booking appointments online will provide you with a confirmation email immediately upon booking and a reminder email two days before the start time of your appointment. We are working on an automatic invoice/receipt system to ensure you receive invoices/receipts as soon as possible. When attending your appointments could I ask you to wear a vest top and shorts/loose fitting skirt/elasticated trousers and remove any jewellery. I would also like to update you of my new cancellation policy, which is that if you must cancel your appointment, please do this at least 24 hours before the start time of your scheduled appointment. Failure to do this before not attending your appointment will incur a charge of half of the cost of your appointment. I am reducing my hours and will now be closed on Sundays.
