Feeling so grateful for a beautiful start to 2026 ✨
Tonight marked the first soundbath of the year. As I’ve been easing back into normal life and work after the holidays, my own energy has felt a little chaotic—but the beautiful energy in the Crystal Cove brought me such a deep sense of calm this evening.
It was lovely to see familiar faces and just as lovely to welcome some new ones 🥰
The sound healing created such peace and stillness that no one wanted to step back out into the cold winter night… myself included.
The feedback I’ve received has been truly amazing . Thank you all so much for your kind words—I’m incredibly grateful. I love hearing how each of you experiences sound healing differently, from energetic releases to visualisations and physical sensations. That shared calm after a session never ceases to amaze me.
Helping to bring even a little more light and ease into someone’s day fills me with such a sense of purpose.
Thank you all so much, and here’s to many more magical soundbaths ✨
