Ready to feel stronger, calmer, and more connected — without feeling lost in a fast-paced class?
Join me for a 6-Week Foundations of Yoga Course designed to guide you through the foundations of yoga step-by-step.
No flexibility required. No prior experience needed. Just bring yourself (and maybe a friend 😉).
✨ What we will cover:
✅ Simple breathing techniques to calm the mind
✅ Some of the foundational yoga poses
✅ How to use props to deepen your yoga practice
✅ Guided relaxation to help release tension and balance the nervous system
✨Who should attend:
✅ Everyone is welcome to this class but it is aimed at anyone new to yoga who would like to build confidence.
✅ Anyone wanting to revisit the foundations of yoga to help deepen their yoga practice may also find these classes beneficial.
🗓 Starts: 28th August- 9th October (please note there is no class on 18th September)
📍 Where: Studio 19 Ayr
⏰ When: Thursday 6:00-7:00pm
