Instead of forcing calm, try signaling safety:
🌿 Press your feet into the ground
🌿 Take a longer exhale than inhale
🌿 Gently move or shake out tension
🌿 Place a hand on your chest and breathe
Small shifts. Powerful impact.
Over time, your body learns:
“I can feel this… and still be okay.”
