Lunar Aspects. Mercury in Capricorn square Ceres in Aries – The Moon is moving through Virgo. She niggles about wasting time and encourages us to make ourselves useful. Under this influence, it feels good to tweak and perfect, to make and craft, to help and heal. But it’s easy to get caught in analysis paralysis, too easy to pick fault and criticise. Let go of perfectionism to create peace in your day. Be flexible with routines. Praise every positive step, however small.

Mercury’s connection to Ceres also brings tension. Whilst the mind is preoccupied with responsibilities and duties, the spirit leaps and sparks. Concentration wavers as invigorating new ideas and projects dance for attention. Don’t let restless excitement for fresh challenges cheat you out of the satisfaction of a job well done. Take time to understand what truly nourishes you. Finish your harvest before planting new seeds.

You are not in a “1” year.
Stop collapsing a 10-year cycle into a false beginning.

The zero is Infinite Source.
The one is the Self in form.
A ten-year is co-creation, embodiment, and architecture — Source moving through the physical.

When you reduce it to a one, you remove Source.
You repeat an old cycle.
You rebuild with the same template.

The Year of the Snake is still shedding the body.
The Cancer Full Moon exposed emotional inheritance, family memory, and outdated protection patterns.

If you feel quiet, raw, reflective, or stripped back — that is correct.
Completion is required before embodiment.

Source is not asking you to start over.
Source is asking you to become the structure it can move through.

I don’t speak much about this however I was one of those that went to London to attend this workshop created by the Docs and it was ground breaking and revelatory 🤯

In the background I have continued to study with both, and have been a returning alumni for the Functional Immune mentorship every year since but kept myself on the periphery in the observation deck.

Maybe 2026 is the year I dip my toe in the water and dive in 🤔

For those who resonate with this, like me….eek 😬

Some people don’t stay stuck because they can’t see the truth.
They stay stuck because the truth threatens the one thing they built their whole life around: emotional safety.

With the Moon in Cancer moving into Ashlesha, the pressure hits the 4th-house territory—the inner home, the private self, the place you retreat to when you don’t want to feel exposed. Ashlesha doesn’t soothe that space. It coils around it. It tightens what’s already tight. It brings up the parts of you that learned to survive by controlling the emotional climate.

This is how it shows up in real life.

You keep the peace in a house that’s emotionally dead because conflict feels like abandonment. You answer a text you don’t want to answer because silence feels unsafe. You keep a connection alive “just enough” to avoid the grief of finality. You tell yourself you’re being compassionate, mature, spiritual—when what you’re really doing is preventing your nervous system from facing the withdrawal.

And because the Sun is in sidereal Sagittarius—the 9th-house zone of meaning and belief—you can justify it beautifully. You can turn a cage into a philosophy. You can make endurance sound like wisdom. You can call emotional starvation “a lesson.” You can convince yourself that staying small is integrity, simply because it’s familiar.

Rahu sitting in Aquarius (the 11th-house axis of validation, audience, social mirrors) adds another layer: you might keep performing stability for people who benefit from you being “fine.” You might keep your story polished. You might keep your edges sanded down so you don’t lose belonging.

Ashlesha doesn’t care how convincing your story is. It cares whether you’re free inside it.

Today doesn’t demand action.
It demands one honest recognition: you’ve been calling it safety, and it’s been costing you your life force.

hope is not something you seek
