With these words I now close all open doorways to energy and intentions that are purposely designed to bring me down or stop me in my tracks. I close all open doors to energy of those that wish negative upon me. I rebuke any and all open channels to energy that used to serve me and my best interests but has soured over time. I reject and reflect all negative attention & negative intention purposefully sent in my direction whether knowingly or unknowingly. I destroy all bridges, windows, doorways, currents, connections, and paths to destinations that do not serve my greatest good. With these words I renounce all access to my energy from all those that wish to do me harm of any kind. I break all curses, hexes, holds, bindings, & blockages within & without. So it is & so it shall be from now unto eternity.

The energy of the Lotus flower has been catching my attention 🪷

No mud, no lotus 😬

A reminder that all the s**t we have to go through can serve a purpose when we choose to use it as fertiliser for growth 💩

Alternatively you can choose to sit in it, wallow in it and the longer you do the less you realise how much it stinks 🤢

S**t happens so shift can happen 😅

Wipe and flush is how we deal with the easy stuff 🚽

However these days are like dealing with a busy public toilet as we meet in a timelime entanglement 😬

An absolute s**tshow 😅

Deal with your own blockages first, that's definitely enough to be getting on with 😬

Use the current energies to assist with the clearing of stagnant stuff 🤢

It's not glamorous but it's a fundamental for flow 😬

Grow through what you go through 💩

Life is like a Lotus flower unfolding and we are currently feeding those roots ✨️

The current energies are life an invitation to cross a field of land mines 😬

Each step holds the potential of safe passage or ground shaking and life altering changes 😬

Sometimes this shifts us into a space of fear driven resistance and paralysis 😳

The reminder is that there are no wrong steps 😬

There are an infinite abundance of opportunities to learn and unlearn 😅

Yes, there may be times when it’s strategic to stop, rest and re orientate 🙌

And other times when you simply keep moving 😅

By risking nothing, we risk everything 😳

All of us are going to die…..at an unnamed time and date 😬

So instead of waiting to die…choose to find the things that make you feel more alive 😊

Comfort and convenience are killing us all 🤡
