🌱 The allotment’s properly coming into its own now

Onions, chives, radish and rhubarb are all growing really well, and you can start to see everything coming together as spring properly settles in. It’s all starting to come together now as things begin to grow back again.

David’s been busy working on fixing up the fence as well, making the most of the better weather finally starting to come through.

If you fancy getting involved, lending a hand or even picking up something fresh to cook with, you’re always welcome to come along!

☕ National Tea Day at The Place 🍰

We’re giving the Public Living Room a little twist for this one…

Think different types of tea, a bit of cake, good chats and a relaxed space to just come in and enjoy it. Whether you’re a classic tea person or fancy trying something new, there’ll be something for everyone.

And if you’d rather just come along for the usual Public Living Room, that’s absolutely fine too! No pressure to take part, just come in, have a cuppa and enjoy the space as you normally would 💛

It’s the same welcoming space, just with a little extra going on 👀

💬 What's your favourite type of tea?

🌸 Spring got cancelled… so we’re bringing it back ourselves 🎤

We thought we were stepping into sunshine and lighter nights, and then got hit with that weather… so consider this your official spring reload.

A night full of music, spoken word and people just going for it, bringing the energy back, lifting the mood and reminding us what these nights are all about. It’s not about being perfect, it’s about showing up, having a laugh and being part of something.

Good people, good atmosphere and a room that always backs you!

💬 Performing or just watching… which one are you? 👀

💙 A big thank you to UWS Radio

A huge well done to UWS for their 24 hour fundraiser, raising an amazing £825 for our charity. It’s such a brilliant achievement, and we know a lot of hard work and effort went into making it happen.

We’re really grateful they chose to support Three Sixty, it’s appreciated by all of us and the people who come through our doors.

💬 Join us in saying a big thank you to everyone involved 👏

🛠️ A different kind of women’s group at The Place

Not your usual sit-and-chat (although there’s always time for a cuppa). This is about getting hands-on, learning new skills and having a go at things you might not have tried before.

Women’s Shed @ The Place is all about creativity and practicality - from woodworking and upcycling, to small household repairs. It’s a space to build confidence, learn something new and enjoy good company while you do it.

No experience needed, just a willingness to give it a go.

🐣 Women’s Group Easter fun!

After painting their own Easter eggs, the group put them to good use with a scavenger hunt, searching high and low to find them and win some prizes. There were plenty of laughs, a bit of competition and a really fun atmosphere throughout the session.

A big thank you to Tesco for kindly donating the prizes, it was really appreciated and helped make the day extra special 💛

🎤 A lovely Easter-themed Open Mic Night 🐣

With a mix of music, spoken word and poetry, the room was full of creativity, laughter and good company. It was one of those nights where people felt comfortable to share, try something new and support one another along the way.

A relaxed, welcoming atmosphere and plenty of memorable moments, exactly what these nights are all about 💛

Our next Open Mic Night is Wednesday 29th April 7pm - 8:30pm, doors open at 6:45pm!

A new week at The Place ✨

Another week of people coming through the door, finding their space, trying something new or just taking a bit of time out of their day. Some moments will be creative, some will be calm, and some will simply be a chance to sit down with a cuppa and good company.

That’s what our week looks like, a mix of different things, for different people, all in one welcoming space.

💬 What are you thinking of trying this week?

🌿 Something for everyone, whatever you need

At the allotment, things are continuing to grow, be planted and looked after as the better weather slowly starts to come back in. It’s that time of year where you can see the progress week by week, with more life coming into the space.

Inside, our soundbath sessions have been going really well, with people coming along, relaxing and taking that time to properly switch off. It’s quickly becoming something people don’t want to miss.

Two completely different ways to spend your time, one outdoors and hands-on, the other calm and restorative, but both offering something really valuable.

Allotment 🌿 = Mondays + Wednesdays 2pm - 4pm
📩 If you’d like to book a space at the next soundbath on Tuesday 14th April (12:30pm - 1:30pm), email niamh.burns@thethreesixty.org.uk

📓 There’s something really special about this group

Our Journal & Scrapbooking Group has been going amazingly. People have been opening up, getting creative and most importantly, finding a space where they feel comfortable. We’ve had people say they’ve “found their people” here, which is wonderful to hear!

It’s more than just journaling or scrapbooking, it’s about connection, expression and having a space that’s yours for a couple of hours each week.

⏰ 4:30pm – 6:30pm

Our Story

Three Sixty

Our mission is simple - to improve the mental well-being of our communities, support people to create positive change in their lives, challenge mental health stigma and promote positive mental health.

Our services aim to empower people to gain control over their lives, improve their well-being, increase resilience and move forward.

We do this by offering support in our vibrant Hub @ Strathyre and being active in our community projects with our peer workers. We offer a range of holistic therapies, coaching programmes, skill development programmes, 1:1 and group support.
