🎃 Women’s Group Halloween Fun

Our Women’s Group had a lovely Halloween get-together with cupcakes, bobbing for apples, plenty of laughs, and that easy kind of company that makes an afternoon feel brighter.

If you’d like a space that’s relaxed, welcoming, and full of friendly faces, the Women’s Group meets every Wednesday, 2 PM – 4 PM at The Place.

No sign-up, no pressure, just come along and join us when you can. 💛

🌿 Walk & Talk

Fresh air, good company, and conversation that flows as easily as the river beside us.
Walk & Talk isn’t about the miles — it’s about the moments in between.

As the days get crisper, these walks bring a different kind of warmth — the kind that comes from good company, shared stories, and a familiar face beside you.
We follow three familiar routes, each with its own small joys — a laugh, a story, a moment to breathe.

It’s open to everyone, any pace, any level, any mood you arrive in.
We meet at The Place, 56 Newmarket Street, Ayr at 12:30 PM every Monday

Anti-Bullying Week: Ripple Effects

One kind word can shift the mood of a whole room.
One small act of support can change how someone remembers their day.

Bullying isn’t always loud, sometimes it’s in the silence, the looks, or the moments when no one speaks up. But kindness can be quiet too, a seat offered, a smile held, a voice that says “you’re not alone.”

At Three Sixty, we believe those small ripples matter. Every person who feels seen, heard, or welcomed helps build a safer space for someone else to walk into.

💛 See it. Say it. Support.
Because the atmosphere in a room isn’t built by one person - it’s built by all of us.

If you’d like to help make our community safer, start small:
☕ Sit beside someone new.
💬 Speak up when words sting.
🌿 Be the safer seat in the room.

Today is World Kindness Day, and it felt like the perfect moment to slow down and celebrate the quiet ways people look after each other.

Kindness isn’t always big or loud.
Sometimes it’s a cup of tea waiting for you, someone checking in, a seat saved, a door held open, or a moment of patience when you’re having a hard day.

It’s the little moments that remind us we’re not on our own.

If you’d like, leave a kind word below for someone who might need it today.
Your comment could be the thing that lifts someone’s mood, even for a minute.

A little pumpkin full of gratitude 🎃

A few weeks ago the women from our Women's Group filled this pumpkin with things that made them happy- sunshine, friends, family, a room full of happiness 💛

It's a small reminder that gratitude doesn't have to be grand. Sometimes it's found in the people around us, a warm cup of tea, or just a five minute chat with a friend.

As the November days grow shorter, we're holding onto these little sparks of joy- and we'd love to hear yours too!

What's something that's made you smile, feel happy or find gratitude lately?

This Trustees’ Week I want to recognise the people who’ve shaped ThreeSixty (and Ayr Action for Mental Health) over the years - and those who continue that work today.

Every trustee brings something important - whether that be time, perspective or care. Past trustees built the foundations of this organisation, and we’re thankful for the role they played in helping us serve our community.

Today our Board carries that legacy forward. They’re guiding ThreeSixty through a period of renewal, strengthening our governance, supporting our team and championing the services we deliver for people who need them most.

As we move into the next stage of our journey, we’ll be welcoming new trustees in 2026. If you believe in compassionate leadership and values-based governance, we’d love to hear from you.

To those who’ve served and those who will - thank you.

Our Story

Three Sixty

Our mission is simple - to improve the mental well-being of our communities, support people to create positive change in their lives, challenge mental health stigma and promote positive mental health.

Our services aim to empower people to gain control over their lives, improve their well-being, increase resilience and move forward.

We do this by offering support in our vibrant Hub @ Strathyre and being active in our community projects with our peer workers. We offer a range of holistic therapies, coaching programmes, skill development programmes, 1:1 and group support.
