A new month means a fresh plan down at the allotment 🌱
This is a little look at what January has in store, from tidying and planning, to planting, fixing and getting the space ready for the months ahead.
David leads the Allotment Group every week, and it’s all about getting outside, doing something practical, and working together at a gentle, steady pace. No pressure, no experience needed, just turning up, lending a hand, and enjoying being part of something that grows over time.
If you fancy getting stuck in (or easing back into it), the Allotment Group runs every Monday and Wednesday, 2pm – 4pm. Everyone’s welcome to come along and take part 🌿

🎨 Crafted @ The Place is back next Thursday, starting with Sun Catchers!
David will be kicking off this creative run with sun catcher making, a relaxed, hands-on session where you can design something bright, colourful and completely your own.
This group is all about slowing down, getting creative, and enjoying the process. Choosing your colours, shapes and style, and leaving with something you’ve made yourself. No experience needed, just a willingness to give it a go.
If you’ve been looking for a friendly, easygoing creative group to try, this is a great place to start.
🗓 Next Thursday
⏰ 2pm – 4pm
📍 The Place, 56 Newmarket Street, Ayr

🍟 Women’s Group… but make it Hogmanay-chips energy.
A couple of weeks ago, our Women’s Group decided to lean right into the Scottish spirit and enjoy some proper “almost-Hogmanay” chips together, the kind that taste even better when you’re surrounded by good company and laughter.
Fast-forward to this week and we’ve switched from chips to goal-setting, reflection and looking ahead!
That’s what we love about this group, sometimes it’s deep chats and planning for the future, sometimes it’s comfort food and connection… and very often, it’s a bit of both.
If you’re looking for a welcoming, relaxed space to connect, share, create and just be yourself, you’re more than welcome to come along.
Due to staff training, the Spectrum Collective group will not be running this week. Thank you for your understanding, the group will be back as normal next week, and we look forward to welcoming everyone back then 🤍

Cook, Bake, Blether Group Update 👩🍳
Before the Christmas and New Year break, our Cook, Bake, Blether group was busy in the kitchen making courgette and lemon risotto with cheese and herb flatbreads. Lots of delicious flavours, teamwork and chatting as everyone cooked together.
The group is back on this week, and we’re really looking forward to seeing what they make next!

Our mission is simple - to improve the mental well-being of our communities, support people to create positive change in their lives, challenge mental health stigma and promote positive mental health.
Our services aim to empower people to gain control over their lives, improve their well-being, increase resilience and move forward.
We do this by offering support in our vibrant Hub @ Strathyre and being active in our community projects with our peer workers. We offer a range of holistic therapies, coaching programmes, skill development programmes, 1:1 and group support.
Having refreshed our mission we step into new name Three Sixty (formally Ayr Action For Mental Health) as we help people come full circle back to a place of happiness, health and wellbeing.
